It was a great experience at Bapu Ki Kutia! We went for the birthday dinner and absolutely had a blast. The service was excellent. Food was really delicious and staff was very welcoming. I must say, Chocolate Brownie with Vanilla Scoop was cherry on top! The ambiance is warm and comfortable. It has various selfie points and ample lighting to ensure "picture perfect" moments while clicking pictures. Great place! Will absolutely recommend. Unprofessional Staff & Unfair Billing Practices – Avoid!I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment due to the pathetic customer service and greedy attitude of the staff at the billing counter.A normal water bottle was placed on the table with the cap already unsealed/loose. By mistake, the bottle opened. When I noticed it wasn't cold, I politely asked the cashier (the man sitting at the billing counter) to exchange it for a chilled water bottle instead.Instead of handling a minor mishap professionally, the cashier became incredibly rude and started talking nonsense. He aggressively demanded an extra 20 rupees for the open bottle, completely refusing to understand the situation. The unconsumed bottle could easily have been used by their own staff, but he chose to hassle and insult a customer over a tiny amount.The staff here completely lacks basic manners, hospitality, and problem-solving skills. Charging customers unfairly for honest mistakes and behaving rudely is unacceptable.Pros: None.Cons: Horrible customer service, rude billing staff, and cheap tactics to extract money.Recommendation: Save your peace of mind and money. I celebrated my birthday here , The food taste is simply wow , har ek cheez ka taste bada hi lajawab.. kuch bhi aisa nahi jisko kha kar ye lage ki maza nahi aya . Full Paisa wasool place , nice place to go with family and friends. Ha services thodi slow hai ek cheez 10 baar bolne per hui ,but rest is fine overall very good experience, must visit place . Worst food i ever had in Indore. Ordered karadi Paneer and it was tasteless. I complained and it got changed with more salt, still tasteless.
