बहुत ही खराब अनुभव रहा। लगभग 35 मिनट प्रतीक्षा करने के बाद भी एवं स्टाफ को कई बार निवेदन करने के बाद भी कोई भी व्यक्ति ऑर्डर लेने नहीं आया। इसी बीच हाथ धोने के लिए जो वाश बेसिन उपलब्ध था बेहद गंदी हालत में था। लंबे इंतजार के बाद सीधे काउंटर पर जा कर खाना ऑर्डर किया फिर items आने की प्रतीक्षा की। जब खाना आया तो रोटियां (नान) बिल्कुल ठंडी थी। सब्जी भी ठंडी एवं बेस्वाद थी। जीरा राइस तो जैसे फ्रिज से निकाल कर दिया हो। फ्रूट रायता जो शुरू में ही ऑर्डर कर दिया था उसके लिए फिर लंबा इंतजार किया। फिर करेला उस पर भी नीम चढ़ा – जो कार valet parking में दी थी वह एक गहरे डेंट के साथ वापस मिली जिसके लिए स्टाफ से लेकर restaurent owner तक से बात की पर यथा राजा तथा प्रजा — सभी ने अपनी गलती मानने से मना कर दिया। अंततः सिर्फ यही कहा जा सकता है कि किसी बड़े नाम के franchisee होने मात्र से उसके गुण नहीं आ जाते है। अगर negative marking संभव होती तो –5 स्टार देता। Order type Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommendation for vegetarians Would not recommend Parking space Difficult to find parking Parking options Valet Parking Inexperienced and Irresponsible staff at Valet Parking

I came here twice in last six months and both times. My experience was horrible. Last time. When I came here, they gave me a two week old red velvet pastry, which was stinking and after complaining about it, the manager showed arrogance and attitude and this time when I came here, we ordered some meals and the manager came and yelled at us that we cannot share the meals among my friends and family at the table, I mean, he was creating his own rules and regulations for the dining, and when we convinced him that we want to share the food, he made sure that our food arrived 20 minutes late.
