I'm happily satisfied with the service I'm getting till now. The counsellors (like Kavita) are cooperative and helpful. They are great listeners when I come up with a question or anything and take a regular follow-up with documentations and paper work. I found their approach very beautiful. Allowed me to attend the class and even before I could make the payment due to some server issues. Answered all my questions politely. I liked the demo class and expressed my choice of that teacher. It happened likewise. The classes were held as scheduled and very well explained. It was a good interactive session always and even though it was online, there was a bonding happening with the students. We could feel a positive vibe.
