Dear Kimirica Team, We recently received our order shipped through Blue Dart. Unfortunately, we faced major issues with the delivery partner as the delivery attempts were incorrectly marked while we were at home. This caused unnecessary inconvenience. Additionally, upon opening the package, we noticed that one of the products – the French Note Shower Gel – was leaking. This was disappointing to see. We kindly request you to please take extra care with your delivery and packaging process so that your products reach customers safely and in good condition. I received broken and spilled products. This is just a pseudo-premium brand hiding behind fancy packaging.
I love the product. Amazing ❤️ Just need one thing that can be improved is delivery. I was honestly expecting the delivery to be super quick. It ended up taking almost 5-6 days, which was a bit surprising since it's all within the same city. Would love to see faster local delivery next time. But overall absolutely love the product.
I had ordered 2 boxes. Got only one delivered. I have 2 sisters. Delivery was late and only one out of two was delivered. I have paid for 2 boxes.
I don't like it it has only mini products compare to the price of the item it is expensive and waste of money at least you should make the product big compare to the price and I didn't expect the wish box products would be this boring
This is the second time I have received an incomplete order, which is quite disappointing. I had ordered 2 units of THE GENTLEMAN Niacinamide Hand & Body Lotion for Rs. 998/-, but upon delivery, I received only one bottle. I request you to kindly look into this matter and arrange for the dispatch of the missing item at the earliest. I must mention that repeated issues like this raise concerns about the efficiency of the order handling process. I hope this can be resolved promptly.
