worst service i ever got. i will never trust you as my delivery if any e commerce will use your delivery then i will discard my ORDER . as badest sevice is of yours highly unsatisfied with your service. how bad service as your that i can't able to contact you . in indore address is wrong updated we cant reach you i am as frusteded as that i am thinking that i will claim over you.. highly unsatisfied.

मेरे गाँव मे 4 दिनसे पार्सल आया है , अभी तक डिलीवरी नही दे रहे , काम पे आदमी नही है . उसके यहां शादी है ऐसे बहाने बता रहे .बकवास सर्विसेज .

How do i contact them ? My shipment is in indore hub since 11 June. 9 days past still there is no update or there is no call from there side. From my home this hub is 20 Km. They should inform or make it delivered. There is no contact no. In indore any delhivery courier office has no contact no. Why they do this ?

Very bad service, no contact number where complain can raise. My parcel not delivered but as per tracking wrongly showed delivered. Not able to contact.

Very bed service. Koi bhi kuch book mat krna parcel. Sale phone bhi nhi lagate or parcel return kr dete hai. Ki customer se contact nhi hua. Main road par hai mera address.

I sharing a incident happened from last 2 days. I received a call from delhivery parsal services ,he told me to get my parsal. I was shocked when i received this call because i don't place any order online to any organisation. I bought everything from the market. Fake delivery organisation and force to share OTP to cancel that parsal which is I never order.

4 din se mera parcel Indore hub pr h but abhi tk mujhe mila nhi and apka koi bhi contact no lgta hi nhi h.. not satisfied to your service. this is very irresponsible and lazy service. i am going to escalate this issue to all social media against Delhivery service.

Delhivery is the worst courier service I have ever encountered in my life. Even the small time courier agencies have a higher service standard than them. Totally unprofessional, pathetic service quality and terrible customer orientation. Dealing with them was a nightmarish experience. I wish I could give a rating of zero!

Very Very Slow Delhivery... Don't use delhivery for courier service. They are not responding properly at support, they don't give you Hub's phone number, they are really pathetic company. Even pick up from customer's end facility is also not available. If you have any urgent parcel, never ever go for Delhivery, they will surely deliver after 10 days from given date :D They are listening professionals and listen carefully when you abuse them and shout on them :D Dumb peoples company. My package is within 25 KM's from my place but it's 2 days, they also not allow me to pickup from hub.
