I don't know what you guys are doing, I am expected to receive my parcel today(11/12) and still waiting. After seeing comments from customers I believed that your services are pathetic with lazy staffs. I hope Delhivery will start working on its ground level otherwise no one using your services.

I have ordered a parcel from amul on 25 th july . It reached my city indore on 30 th july but still it has not been delivered to me ,the delivery date keeps shifting a day head and its been 7 days now . I can not even contact to the delivery office here in indore ,if you guys can not deliver me my parcel then atleast inform me the whereabouts of the parcel so that i will go and collect it from there, and please response asap otherwise i am gonna file a complaint on consumer forum

When a parcel stays at one place for way too long, it's generally a worst case scenario garbage service. Reviewing this, after waiting for 3 days of parcel yet to be 'out for delivery'. There's no customer care service whatsoever, the staff responsible for dispatch and delivery doesn't pick up your call. This is the most garbage courier service ever! They say they are open and they do deliver on Sundays #what a scam.

Bad service slow No contact number no response

Very bad service even compared to local couriers, no track of shipment somehow got the contact details of delivery person but he is not attending call somehow attended just tell he didn't have any parcel very worth service

Worst service with no customer care number.waiting for my pickup from last four days.No one comes for pickup my shipment.I tried to cancel my shipment but not able to cancel either with app or given IVR helpline contact number.

Delivery service is very poor. No delivery given interior / outside city, and without contacting the recipient, they return the consignments by their own to the sender.

This is worst delivery service ....my parcel stay in transit for almost 4 days but no one can delivered yet ....please don't use their service ...they still not delivered my product and need it urgently
