Worst service ever, it's been almost 1 week I'm not getting my parcel. The area incharge is also not attending my call. Worst service ever. All numbers are off. Scammers.
They didn't deliver my order on time and not receiving the calls
Worst delivery services, no customer support provided.
I wish delhivery offices would get shut down. It always better not to serve if you do no deserve. I was not able help customer care not a single way to. connect with them ticket raised but no reponse
Worst parcel tracking details... And delay every time on deliver a parcel.. and not given a customer support number or a office or hub contact number.... Every time i checked my parcel it shows in transit and shows invalid date.. so how i can track my parcel... Very bad experience ever... I don't recommend any one...
No contacts, no feed back, not taking phone. May be delivery persons are not taken proper care by the company so this kind of bad attitude by them. But Delhivery getting good business may be by quoting much lower then their competitors so in turn this kind of chain reaction. It's win win for the Delhivery and for their corporate clients like HP but ultimately customers like us suffer.
Delivery Logistics is the worst logistics service in the world. I ordered it for the first time. I had to face so much trouble in it that in the future I will never order or give any delivery service to it.
