Not at all efficient in servicing the delivery,without even contacting,updated their status as they didn't find the phone reachable,zero efforts for delivering the package.being provider for courier services,even asked me to collect my parcel by myself.

WORST COURIER COMPANY. Worst Courier Company. They don't attempt the delivery on the said date and even they do not provide the delivery boy's contact number. Even their customer care is pathetic. Their service desk agents pick up the phone and do nothing after that.
