Worst courier service, the shipment got out for delivery and the order didn't get attempted the whole day, and upon enquiring (which itself is a very pathetic process) I was told that the delivery boy tried calling as he couldn't find the address mentioned, which he didn't.
Pathetic services, delivery guy doesn't receive call. They raise themselves the inquiry for return. If you want your money/time to be wasted choose them.
Very cheap services staff you have. Delivery boy cheap too. Customer care service is also non professional. Gatiya, behuda, badtamij delivery boys you have
Very bad Service, alwz delivery boys did fake tagging, like consignee not available... I really don't understand what is senior management did??? Why they don't track them team Useless people
Very poor customer services. I am not getting any support as delivery boy is unable to reach me out, so I am trying to provide my another number but getting no response.
Fake courier service.... My order is out for delivery and their executive not delivered yet.. and also fake reason is mentioned "customer is not available"
