The lady uses very bad language with customers and once they took fees (money) from they will not reply neither they receive any call from you. Also when we said you did not work for us so pay us back so she uses bad language and said "Nikal Sake Toh Nikal lena". Be aware of this fraud people they will ruin your brand image. One of the worst service provider of IPR Service Industry. These people sleep over the application and do not respond. They just need to have he cheque first and they do not respond to our mails. I had sent many mails to at least give the application umber of my design patent but they are unable to give from last 2 years. Even when we have provided the standard procedure of the kolkatta office they deny the govt: process also and Feels the customers are fools. Remain away from them.

Total fraud company. They are running scams in the name of legal services. Ms. Namrata does not pick up any calls and refuses to meet in person even after taking payment. Please avoid this company and their owners at any cost. All the 5 star reviews here are either by their own employees or they have bought the reviews pls do not trust them.

Most unprofessional and very poor service. I gave them some products for Trade Mark Registration and they even do not follow up or appear before Office on hearing dates. Please be vigilant while dealing with them

Navkar is a fraud company , they have cheated us by not applying for trademarks even after 6 months of payment . Some other company took our trademark by then and we faced losses for all the labels and a very good trademark name . Please do not do any work with them.

Extremely bad service. They don't respond after you have paid them as all services are 100% advance and once the money is paid they just don't care about the service that have charged for. It's been more than 2 years now and 2 of my trademarks are not being registered and they are not even in journal yet, they always have new reasons for this that hearing date is delayed and what not. I got stuck with this fraud company, If you are reading this review then find someone else as they trap by giving discount and better pricing then other trademark registration firms.
