Worst ever company, They give policy then at the time of claim..they just do enquiry and give nothing.

Fraud Company do not buy insurance of this company i have applied for reimbursement while intimation they have not said hospital is blacklisted while approving my claim they have not said hospital is blacklisted also they guys have send me the approval email also they have sent me that your amount will come under 5-7 working days also their executive told me we have tried to transfer money into your account for 3 times but after all this communication and all this promises this fake company has denied my claim please guys do not buy this fraud company insurance..if it's been rejected before intimation or before approval that's okay but after approval how they can not stand on their commitment.. if someone wants do contact me I will share with the details with recording and email proof and all their fraud and fake promises.

There are lot of problem with this it's the time when you really need support from insurance company and for that we purchase it by giving our hard earned money but the reality is they don't support u easily taking lot of time and it's not the procedure for cashless even they said u pay bill and later u will get after reimbursement filled there are lot of good option in the market u can go for that

Please don't buy.. Avoid purchasing insurance from this company. They are notoriously unhelpful during claim settlements, frequently requesting irrelevant documents and constantly changing their requirements.

Amazing service: plz. Read the complete feedback. I purchased health insurance policy for 2 years for my family almost an year back from Policybazaar. Buying through policybazaar is very easy as their representatives r really helpful. I request u all to read the terms carefully. Under this policy, I was eligible for private room in any hospital. My son got burn on his foot and was very serious so I went to nearby Noble hospital, Bicholi Mardana, Indore. That hospital was not in their panel hence Cashless treatment was not applicable for that hospital. Mediclaim department like other departments is very helpful in that hospital as they managed all the things and communicated to my insurance company and made that treatment cashless, that is, I just paid a sum of ₹300 out of ₹37,225 total. And for this I didn’t have to make any effort as their mediclaim department did all. I really admire the service of my insurance provider n strongly recommend it to everyone. Note: If u r taking treatment in hospital which is not in panel of ur insurance company ( where treatment is not cashless) then plz inform ur insurance company at the time of admission of patient and take intimation number from them.

Manipal Cigna Health Insurance मेरे अनुभव में अब तक की सबसे खराब मेडिकल इंश्योरेंस कंपनी साबित हुई है। मेरे भाई का फिस्टुला का ऑपरेशन था और कंपनी ने खुद कहा था कि डॉ. राकेश धूपिया से करवा लें—क्योंकि वो उनके अनुसार सबसे अच्छे डॉक्टर हैं और हमारे पास में ही हैं। ऑपरेशन के बाद डॉक्टर ने 2 दिन में ही डिस्चार्ज कर दिया। इसके अगले ही दिन मेरे भाई को हर घंटे उल्टियाँ होने लगीं, सिर दर्द, चक्कर—सब बढ़ते ही गए। जब डॉक्टर से दोबारा बात की तो उन्होंने कहा कि तुरंत आकर दिखाएँ और दोबारा एडमिट होने की सलाह दी। हमने कंपनी के हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस एक्सपर्ट से बात की कि दोबारा एडमिट होने पर क्लेम मिलेगा या नहीं, क्योंकि हमारे पास पैसे नहीं थे। उन्होंने कहा कि क्लेम मिल जाएगा और ज्योति हॉस्पिटल या B-One में एडमिट हो जाइए। डॉक्टर ने भी लिखा दिया था कि “Admission under my care is suggested.” लेकिन जब हम ज्योति हॉस्पिटल में एडमिट हुए, दो दिन तक कोई क्लेम अप्रूवल नहीं आया। हम लगातार इनके एजेंट — समर्थ गोस्वामी और बंटी साहू — को कॉल करते रहे, पर किसी ने फोन नहीं उठाया। दोनों सिर्फ “मीटिंग में हूँ” बोलकर टालते रहे। अंत में कंपनी ने दावा यह कहकर रिजेक्ट कर दिया कि हम अपनी मर्जी से एडमिट हुए थे, जबकि डॉक्टर की लिखित सलाह मौजूद थी। ना प्री और पोस्ट टेस्ट के पैसे मिले, ना दवाइयों के। हर बार हमें झूठा भरोसा दिया गया कि “15 दिन में क्लेम आ जाएगा,” लेकिन नतीजा सिर्फ क्लेम डिनायल। मेरी सलाह: Manipal Cigna Health Insurance पर भरोसा मत कीजिए। और खासकर — Samarth Goswami Banti Sahu इन पर तो बिल्कुल नहीं। पॉलिसी बेचते समय बहुत मीठा बोलते हैं, लेकिन असल वक्त पर बिल्कुल साथ नहीं देते। ________________________________________________ Based on my experience, Manipal Cigna Health Insurance has been one of the worst health insurance companies I have ever dealt with. My brother had to undergo a fistula operation, and the company itself recommended Dr. Rakesh Dhupia, saying he is the best doctor in Indore and close to our area. After the surgery, the doctor discharged him within two days. The very next day, my brother started vomiting every hour, couldn’t eat, had severe headaches and dizziness — all common post-surgery complications. When we contacted the doctor (who was suggested by the company), he asked us to visit immediately and advised re-admission for proper recovery. We talked to the insurance experts to confirm whether the claim would be approved again, as we didn’t have money for another admission. They assured us that the claim will be approved and asked us to admit him in Jyoti Hospital or B-One. The doctor also gave written advice: “Admission under my care is suggested.” But when we admitted my brother to Jyoti Hospital, no claim was approved for two days. We kept calling their agents — Samarth Goswami and Banti Sahu — but they never answered properly. They kept saying “I am in a meeting” and kept avoiding us. Later the claim was denied saying we were “admitted by choice,” even when the doctor had clearly recommended hospitalization. We didn’t receive reimbursement for pre/post medical tests, medicines, or anything else. Every time they said “we will raise the claim again,” but after waiting for a month, it was again denied. My honest advice: Do NOT trust Manipal Cigna Health Insurance. Especially not: Samarth Goswami Banti Sahu They will talk very sweetly while selling the policy, but when you actually need help, they won’t stand with you.
