I got the insurance done via policy bazaar, Insurer is kotak zurich. Car sent to service center on Sunday. Insurance company reverted on Friday (after 3-4 days). Asked Spot pics, property details where accident happened, FIR copy, loss assessment report. No proper help from policy bazaar. Better to take tieup insurance (honda, Maruti directly from showroom)
