I had a very disappointing experience with policy bazar. For the last 3 months, I was struggling with an auto-debit issue. Despite multiple follow-ups with Policybazar's customer support, my problem was never resolved. Finally, I contacted the insurance company directly, and they fixed the issue quickly. This made me question the value of buying through Policybazar. If I have to reach out to the insurer myself to get problems resolved, then what is the benefit of having an intermediary? Based on my personal experience, I would recommend that people consider buying their insurance policy directly from the insurance company rather than through Policy bazar. I hope Policy bazar improves its after-sales support because customers expect assistance when they face issues, not just during the purchase process.

Mere pasta time or sabse badi baat meri jo in logo me dimag khaya h wo bahut gussa aa ta h .

Worst experience at all Fake commitments when agent sale a policy to complete their target only After that when you need it they(agent) will not answer any calls And worst experience of customer care everytime new executive receive a call and you to explain whole again again but no one give proper response. No claim no reimbursement only fake commitments Never take this policy I am regretting now
