I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by My TVS Service Center, Palda, Indore. I submitted my vehicle for an insurance claim repair on 22 June. At the time of submission, I was assured that the repair would be completed within 5 days. However, I have still not received my vehicle. To make matters worse, the service center has increased the repair work instead of completing it properly. They painted my vehicle with a mismatched color, and now they are saying that the correct color is not available and are asking me to take the vehicle in its current condition. They have promised to complete the remaining work later, which is completely unacceptable. My insurance claim has already been approved, and the payment has been released to My TVS by the insurance company. Despite this, my vehicle has not been delivered. Every time I contact the service center, I am given a new excuse and another delivery date. This has been a very frustrating experience. I request Policybazaar to look into this matter and take appropriate action. If such poor service continues at your associated service centers, customers will lose trust and may hesitate to purchase insurance policies through your platform in the future. I request you to intervene immediately and ensure that my vehicle is repaired properly and delivered without any further delay. Thank you.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with PolicyBazaar. Their agents make fake commitments and outright lie just to hit their sales targets. Once they get your money and you actually need help, the agent will completely ignore all your calls. When my claim was denied, I expected them to step up. Instead, I got a call on 16th July 2026 at 5:00 PM from a PolicyBazaar employee named Akash (Employee Code: PW94862). I asked him to get clarification and proof from the insurance company regarding the denial. He flat-out refused, saying, "We can't do that, you have to talk directly to the insurance company." Unhone apna palla jhaad liya—they completely washed their hands of any responsibility the moment there was a real issue. Their customer care is an absolute nightmare. Every time you call, a new executive picks up, forces you to explain your entire issue from the beginning, and then provides zero resolution. No one takes accountability or gives a proper response. No claims, no reimbursements, only fake commitments. I deeply regret buying through PolicyBazaar. Save your money, your time, and your peace of mind. NEVER take a policy from them!
