पूरी फर्जी कंपनी है उपभोक्ता से फोन पर सही से बात न करके उन्हें गुमराह करके ओटीपी लेते हे उस ओटीपी की पूरी जानकारी भी नहीं देते है और क्लेम क्लॉज कर देते है ताकि उपभोक्ता को क्लेम ना देना पड़े चोर हे ये लोग कोई रिस्पॉन्स भी नहीं करता हे
When you go to this company to get a policy, they tell you a lot of good things about the company's policy, but when you go to the police to make a claim, they don't pass the claim by showing any error.
Pathetic service. Made payment two days back, still trying hard to get my policy copy. No response from the agents, they are saying it is in process. Not able to tell the status as where it is stucked.
It is terrible guys, no policy detail even after making payment no email, no response nothing, no one is picking the call if picked up then a false assurance you will get it soon, after repeated reminder, they having a useless reply manager is busy, keep safe distance guys
