I took personal accidental policy from ICICI lombard Indore branch on recommendation of my friend. The policy coverage was quite good at affordable price. I really liked the customer service offered by Indore branch.
Claim settlement process is very poor. Aaj meri Jupiter gadi ke Claim ko aaj 6 din ho Gaye, gadi ko le kar ghum Raha hun. Third class experience is se to Acha Tata Ka insurance hai. 6 hours main gadi ok wo bhi cash less. Galti kar do ye icici Ka insurance le kar

Before going for Health policy please ask following questions to them : 1) How much amount i will get if i cancel the policy in 6 months or 1 year or in last month of the policy. 2) If i cancel the policy then auto debit will cancel automatically or not? Guys they don't stop auto debit, take pull money from your account until you manually stop by calling customer care
