Worst services. Neither intimation for maturity is being sent by DBO branch nor maturity claim is being paid on due date, even after submitting the necessary documents.LIC charges penalty for delay in payment of premium but does not pay any interest for delayed payment of maturity claim. Totally one sided game. Probably LIC thinks that their money is hard earned money whereas customer money is grown on trees.
This place reeks of govt culture. On Babu Chauhan in claim department flatly refused to do anything. Even when other colleague asked him to serve me. Finally i barged into chief manager Mr Nema's cabin and he helped
Phones are not working. Then what is the use. I had to call up the Mumbai call centre to get clarification ony policy.
