i took loan from them they will gonna force you to tale two different insurance. after paying processing fee they will be very rude specially shalini patel and vishnu… before loan they will gonna tell you interest rate will be change according to repo rate but they something different called CBLR which they can change any time. they increased my interest rate 2 time within a year. when i called customer care and send them proof of it they said you have sign contract where we mentioned about CBLR. and they will gonna tell you we cannot provide you full interest payment loan only partial interest. which is totally fraud and to make more commission.
