My experience with the Credila Indore office was extremely disappointing. I was quoted one interest rate while taking the loan, but after disbursement, the interest rate was increased. After the loan was disbursed, getting any response from the concerned representatives became very difficult. When my visa was rejected, I had to wait around a week just to get clarity, and eventually I visited the Credila Chennai office where my issue was resolved in a single day. I also was not properly informed about an insurance charge of around ₹80,000, which I do not recall being clearly mentioned before the loan was processed. In my experience, Amit Parmar and his manager Utkarsh Choudhary were extremely difficult to reach after disbursement and my calls were not properly answered. I strongly recommend students carefully verify the interest rate, insurance charges, and every loan term in writing before taking a loan.
