17-Apr-18: It has been over a week now... Haven't received any resolution so far. Neither anyone is ready to talk -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Replying to the resolution given by capital first(Owner)for my previous review:- Have written an email to nodal long back. Even before posting the 1st review have written an email to the said email ID yesterday. Received NO Reply and resolution! Thanks for a reply in public forum, but will be great if I receive a resolution to the problem and a acknowledgement to my email.
This cheap bank does not talk properly to anyone and just asks for money. Till now I have paid interest of Rs 1 lakh on a loan of Rs 50 thousand and they are still charging.And it looks like a storm please kabhi bhi is gatiya bank se loan na le 🙏🏼🙏🏼 bhot jiyada bure fas jaoge …
Wish I could give negative rating here, pathetic services from this branch. Visited the branch to report false loan on my CIBIL , firstly they did not help on contrary reported that I agree on loans and will do the payments…seriously!!!! After that IDFC Agents started harassing me to pay the amount which I took via FLIPKART PAY LATER per them. And I never used Flipkart Paylater let alone buying something with it. So that is all fabrication by IDFC. Beware !! don’t blindly provide KYC documents to IDFC.

Pathetic services . Why are they in Service industry when they cannot give good service . Especially Mr,. Bhushan Popli very un-cooperative person . Our documents are not given to us . Third class bank do not ever bank with them and especially do not take student loan .When they do not know the rules .
