Worst bank with worst customer service. I submitted my dd 10 days earlier. The customer executive said loan will be closed but despite again confronting them , they said sir knock off take 5 days to be processed. Even after calling multiple times same excuse. Now I had to do foreclosure myself from app which costed me extra interest of 12 days despite submitting the dd and even paying extra. Never ever recommend this worst bank . Very unprofessional behaviour from the staff.
