"The staff is not helpful at all and they don't reply properly. I opened an account, but they didn't complete the process. When I ask for any information, they tell me to come back later saying they are busy. The staff is very bad."
I had opened an account in Central Bank, a readymade complex one, but I am not getting any help from there. The account was opened, after that no one helped me through any account and after that if I talk about the loan then madam's reply is that it will be opened in the next month, it took 2 months, another month for my account to be opened. I had asked them about the loan process but they put it only for a month, very very bad service, they did not open any account.
