Bhut bakwas exprince staff are very rude
Extremely Poor Experience Extremely disappointing experience with the IDFC FIRST Bank employee. The employee was not professional at all and did not communicate properly. I was given information regarding a credit card, but the entire conversation was handled very casually and there was no proper guidance or follow-up. The employee seemed completely uninterested in resolving the issue and did not demonstrate the level of knowledge or professionalism expected from a bank representative. Overall, a very frustrating and poor customer-service experience. IDFC FIRST Bank should seriously look into the training and professionalism of its employees. The staff here is quite rude they never deposit funds whenever u come they ask us to wait for some time irrespective of ur request they don't understand ..never come here if ur in hurry .... Ridiculous service deposit person says abi to aaye ho thda to wait kro No value for other time
