Absolutely delighted with my experience at IDFC First Bank in Indore! The staff is incredibly welcoming, professional, and eager to help with any questions or concerns. The branch is well-organized, and I rarely have to wait long for any assistance.

Extremely disappointing experience. Went to open a salary account and had to wait for some particular person to come from another office to open account. Later went to change my registered mobile number and they denied saying biometrics machine is not working and asked me to go to another branch which was located at another end of the city. Called them the next day and still their machine is not working and they have no details of when the machine will be fixed. Very poor customer service.

I recently visited an IDFC Bank branch Satya Sai square and was disappointed by the unprofessional and discourteous behavior of the staff, including the security guard. The staff also appeared to lack adequate knowledge about bank services, which added to my frustration. This experience left a negative impression, and I hope the bank improves customer service and staff competence.

Third class service there was no one on the counter for cash deposit for more than 30 minutes nor the manager was availble at the counter on being asked the deposit person has gone for lunch and besides one lady sitting refused to deposit

Very poor banking experience—extremely disappointing. They charge fees for foreclosure on consumer durable loans, despite their employees clearly stating at the time of taking the loan that there are no hidden charges and no additional costs for early closure. However, when I proceeded to foreclose the loan, unexpected charges were applied. Customer support is equally frustrating—they mislead, provide unclear information, and keep transferring calls without resolving the issue. I strongly urge others to think carefully before choosing IDFC First Bank for any services.
