My first transaction experience is very bad, my company created new salary account in IDFC and I transferred my salary to my primary bank account, the transaction still stucked somewhere and amount deducted from the account till time 1 day spent but nothing happened I raised despute let see what happened.

Third Class Customer Care Support. Poor Calling lines leading to disturbances in tele communication. Can't connect the CC number in one go, you have to call several times just to connect for once & one needs fortune if ever executive hears your problem. Pathetic Service
Very disappointed with the service. Waiting for my RM to visit me after fixing time formore than 5 times. Seriously thinking of shifting to some other bank with better service.
Amazing Banking services by each Staff... Queries are heard and enthusiastically understood by the branch Staff.... Solutions are apt as per the issue... I was very happy the way I was greeted while entering and exiting the branch... And smiling welcome faces.... Ashutosh is always very helpful....
