सबसे घटिया सर्विसिंग सर्विस है गाड़ी लेने के पहले तो बोल देते है सब ठीक हो जाएगा फिर बाद में बोलते है यह तो ऐसा ही रहेगा बहुत बहुत ही घटिया शोरूम सर्विस है

Poor service. They do not respond on time, and the customer support is extremely disappointing. Even though the vehicle is still under warranty, they are not honoring the warranty. This has been a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend their service to anyone.

They give me oppointment for my scooter service and then they says , mechainic is not here .. Are u joking with ur customer .. Next time I'll not come in ur service center .. Worst experience at this outlet for vehicle service. The staff is unprofessional and doesn't have basic decency of talking to the customer properly. They don't follow the right procedures for servicing vehicles, including delivery after service. I would never approach this place for vehicle servicing. Utterly disappointed.

आप लोगों की सेवा बहुत बेकार है, बाइक को दिए हुए 23 दिन से ज्यादा हो गए है और बाइक की मरम्मत नहीं करायी गयी है. बाइक में क्या दिक्कत है और बाइक की मरम्मत क्यों नहीं हो रही है ये भी नही बताते है और सतभैया टीवीएस इंदौर 452010 से पूछने पर सर्विस मैनेजर ने कहा कि आप कल आओ, वादा करता हूं बाइक दूंगा, 23 दिन हो गए, लेकिन बाइक ठीक नहीं करा पाए, 30-06-24 को बाइक सर्विस के लिए एजेंसी पर गया, सेवा जॉब कार्ड नही बनाया. फिर जब मैनेजर को पता चला तो बस माफी मांग कर 15-07-24 को सेवा जॉब कार्ड बनाया,और डिलीवरी की तारीख 15-07-24 बताई। वह बाइक की डिलीवरी उसी तारीख को करेगा, आज 23-07-24 है लेकिन बाइक अभी तक ठीक नहीं हुई है। आप टीवीएस लोगों को कितनी बेकार सेवा प्रदान करते हैं आज फाइनल में मैं चिंतित हो गया और एजेंसी से बाइक स्थानीय दुकान पर दे दी और जो शाम तक बन कर मिल जायेगी तुम्हें शर्म आनी चाहिए टीवीएस टीवीएस स्पोर्ट बाइक है
