Please be very careful before joining or dealing with this company. From what I've personally seen and experienced, the work environment can be extremely stressful, with employees feeling harassed and exploited. A close friend of mine, who worked there, went through severe mental distress because of the management of the company. Please do your own research, speak to current and former employees, and don't rely only on online ratings or reviews before making any decision.

Don't be fooled by the 4-star rating. It's a digital marketing company, so you'd expect them to know how to build an online image. From everything I've seen, there seem to be complaints from both customers and employees. I'd strongly suggest doing proper research, reading the negative reviews, and speaking to current or former employees before getting involved.

I have had a positive experience working with this company. The environment is friendly, supportive, and focused on growth. I have learned a lot about eCommerce operations and account management while working with a collaborative team. Very disappointing and concerning experience with Evitamin / Ascend advisory service. I was initially informed that the service would be **FREE for 1 year**. Based on this information, I shared the required link/details with their team on WhatsApp. Later, I was suddenly told that the free period is only **3 months**. Their official email describes Ascend as a **“free account advisory service”**, but surprisingly, it does **not mention anywhere in writing exactly how long the service is free for**. What made the experience even worse was that **after taking the link/details from me, their communication became extremely poor and they practically disappeared. I did not receive the proper clarification or response I was expecting.** When you are asking a seller for access/permissions to an Amazon Seller account, there should be **100% transparency before taking any link, permission or account-related information**. You cannot tell a customer “1 year free” initially and later change it to “3 months” without even clearly mentioning the duration in the official communication. Because of these conflicting statements, I have now specifically instructed them **NOT to access, view, edit or make any changes to my Amazon Seller account until they provide complete terms in writing and I give fresh authorization.** My advice to other Amazon sellers: **Do not share account permissions or links based only on calls or WhatsApp promises. First ask them to confirm the exact free period, future charges and all conditions officially in writing.** This experience has seriously affected my trust in their service. I hope they improve their transparency and communication so that other sellers don't face the same situation.

There is no proper management in the office, and the HR team is highly unprofessional. They make false promises and do not keep their commitments. My friends and I had a very disappointing experience. We were selected, completed two days of trial, and successfully passed it. However, after that, the HR team wasted an entire month by repeatedly making false promises about our joining date. In the end, they did not proceed with our joining at all. They also stopped answering our calls and messages, which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates' time.
