A friend of mine works here, and from everything I've heard, this company seems to think employees are their personal slaves. Employees are expected to sacrifice their time, mental peace, and work-life balance without question. Excessive pressure, long working hours, and one-sided policies. The company seems more interested in controlling them through restrictive agreements and unreasonable demands. The management needs to understand that employees are human beings, not their private property. No one should feel trapped in a job because of unfair terms and constant pressure. The stories I've heard from my friend are shocking. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to carefully read every clause before joining and speak to current employees if possible.

Some of these agencies don't undertand idea of client- relationship.Just begun to work but seems theya re least bothered to build client relationship, their approcah is so mechanical. Discouraging approach, that you will never want to go back.

Had an amazing experience with E-Vitamin team while chosing them for product photoshoot, infographics and A+ content for our listings. Sheetal madam is quite understanding and very helpful for getting the things done timely. 5 stars to her for all the impressive work done for us.

Extremely disappointing experience with eVitamin. The moment we decided to stop using their services, our ads were practically shut down, and sales dropped drastically. Instead of ensuring a smooth handover, it felt like the business was being punished for exiting. What shocked me the most was the attitude around ad account control — they behaved as if they were the owners of the ad account, when in reality the account and business belong to the seller. A genuine service provider helps clients grow and ensures a professional transition, even after exit. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise sellers to think carefully before using their services and to ensure they have complete ownership, transparency, and control over all advertising assets from day one. I would never recommend their services.

Very bad experience. I already told on more than 7 calls that I am not interested in any account management service, still I am getting calls again and again. It is becoming very frustrating now and wasting my time. Also on call they first say they are calling from Amazon, later they say they are service provider. This is very confusing and feels little misleading also. Amazon should seriously look into this and stop or ban such kind of SPNs who keep disturbing sellers even after clearly saying no. Please respect customer decision. I don’t want this service, so stop calling me again.
