🚨 Rapido Reality Check 🚨 Rapido is simply not reliable for customers. Here’s the truth: Drivers reach the location, ask the fare, and then force you to cancel. After that, they demand extra money or refuse the ride. In emergencies, drivers don’t accept rides at all – instead, fares shoot up while customers are stuck. During bad weather (like rain), no one accepts the booking. The app keeps showing rides but in reality, there’s zero support. 👉 Rapido needs to fix these issues immediately. Until then, it’s nothing more than an app full of cancellations, fake promises, and disappointment for customers.

The worst app and also the worst services. Captains are not even accepting at the price which is suitable for us and always demands for extra money. In case of emergency this is the worst app ever.

Traffic me bike easily nikal leti hai, isliye doori jaldi cover hoti hai Especially peak hours me car taxi se fast.

में अजय शर्मा बाइक राइड बुक करी मगर बैठने के बाद आगे बढ़े तब पता चला बाइक के कैप्टन सुरेश जाट ने जमकर शराब पी रखी है... राइड चार्ज 43 दिखाया था मैने टिप में 20rs एड करे लेकिन राइड खत्म होने के बाद मैने बोला पेमेंट दिखाइए तो उसने बोला शो नहीं हो रहा.. तो मैंने मेरे मोबाइल अनुसार पेमेंट करा और 2mnt बाद कैप्टन पलटकर आया और बदतमीजी से बोला 63 नहीं 83 का पेमेंट हो रहा है 20rs और दो... Repido पर कंप्लेन करी तो उन्होंने मेसेज मेसेज खेलने के अलावा कुछ नही करा फ्रॉड से बचने के लिए राइड बुक होते ही स्क्रीन शॉट लेकर रख ले

Not good , because repido only think about it self ,not to customer. They charge if driver is waiting but if customer Waits it doesn't matter...no liability towards customer. It one way charge facility.
