The rider asked for extra money after arriving at my location. When I refused, he did not cancel the ride himself. As a result, the company charged me a cancellation fee even though the issue was caused by the rider. This was very disappointing and unfair. Worst experience. No support from customer care or service center. Very disappointing service.
