Very bed service of rapido i am purchasing power pass for low fair but it not apply for my ride customer support they send only mail and not give me proper answer i will purchase my pass 149/- rs than book my ride the fair is very high again and again these is happening with me with in 2-3 days 06/07/24 to 08/07/24. I am unsatisfied by rapido services .

The rapido person lied to the person who collected the parcel and took extra money. The rapido management should take action against this man. His name is Vishnu Bhati-MP09SV5187.

Rapido की सर्विस दिन-ब-दिन और खराब होती जा रही है। इनका कस्टमर केयर तो जैसे मौजूद ही नहीं है। फोन कभी उठता ही नहीं, ज़्यादातर समय सीधे स्विच ऑफ आता है। किसी भी समस्या में कोई जवाब नहीं, कोई मदद नहीं। अगर आपके साथ कोई दिक्कत हो जाए तो बस भगवान भरोसे ही रहना पड़ता है — क्योंकि Rapido वालों को तो ना कॉल की परवाह है, ना कस्टमर की। इतनी बड़ी कंपनी होकर भी इतना गंदा रिस्पॉन्स और बकवास सर्विस… बिल्कुल उम्मीद के लायक नहीं। सुधार की ज़रूरत है, वरना लोग इसी तरह दूर होते रहेंगe

Good but not gating ride in part time riders .

Very bad experince we booked a cab the condition of cab was not good AC was not working and even window glass was stucked with smell of cigratte it was safocating Driver was very rude. Was shouting while talking and at end of drive he said he would have started AC but as you people complaint about my cab condition I make you Suffer . Horrible

Send dirty message from rapido rider ... feel unsafe and uncomfortable... please ap rider ko boliye agar rapido message me apko koi ladki ka number galat message ke sath kar raha hai to direct usse message kar ke faltu bt ni likhy...kyuki jo booking krte hai woh number galat Way mai share kar raha hai... mujhe koi rider Btane ko tayar ni hai Book karne wala ka number kya hai.. please 🙏 help

What kind of unprofessional and careless drivers are they hiring? App Full of Bugs – Useless & Broken System! When I tried to check the ride details, the Rapido app was completely useless! Full of bugs, glitches, and errors—I couldn’t even access my ride details! What’s the point of an app that doesn’t work when needed the most? Not just that, I couldn’t even book a new parcel ride because their entire system was broken! Rapido is running a pathetic, unreliable service that causes more problems than it solves. Customer Care is a JOKE – No One Picks Up! I tried to contact Rapido customer care FOUR TIMES, but guess what? Nobody answered! So, if you ever face an issue, forget about getting any help from Rapido—they simply don’t care once they have your money. This is pure fraud! My Time, Effort, and Money Wasted! Because of Rapido’s horrible service, I had to deliver the parcel myself after wasting so much time! Who will pay for my lost time and inconvenience? Rapido? Rapido is looting customers with false promises and fake services. I am planning to file a police complaint against them for this fraud and mental harassment. I have booked a parcel service and the captain took the parcel and vanished and tried calling and contacting rapido but no reply they are so useless and cheater they don't reply atall
