Worst experience ever!!! They say they can find captain in 60 seconds and after not getting caption upto 10 min then captain cancelled the ride and they want compensation from you. Add that compensation amount in next ride. Ridiculous this app is not supporting and increase is charges again and again

Indore rapido office ka bahut bahut dhanyvaad Staaf ke log bahut achhe he Vykti ki proublum turant solv kar dete he Thank you

The drivers of Rapido are so rude & charging extra amount. Even if the amount shown in the app is less. They are demanding extra money & rude behaviour. Very disappointed with the service

It's a good service for us as in low fare we can travel and good job for who wants to earn Request all of Rapido captains, don't behave badly with customers because for 1 behaviour Rapido company's reputation going bad and all captains who are giving good service getting negative feedback. And also same for customers, please all captains not same and agree some persons behaviour very badly but we need to take care in future.
