GO CAR DRIVEN

I booked Baleno for one day..it was a very good experience, owner was really helpful n friendly. Car I booked was clean and in driving condition. Overall it was a very good experience with this car rental.

The initial quote looked reasonable, but the final bill was outrageous. They tacked on all sorts of unexpected charges for insurance I didn't ask for, 'convenience fees,' and a 'vehicle recovery fee' that was never explained. The lack of transparency is appalling, and it feels like they're deliberately trying to nickel and dime customers."

Booked Ertiga on 30th dec which was only 17000km driven. It was a good experience from booking to delivery and return of the car. Highly recommended. I called them in the evening asking for a car and they gave me delivery in the next 30 mins, which was unexpected since it was last minute.

First of all, I am a genuine customer not a paid reviewer so this review is completely genuine. I totally loved the service of this rental company. I booked ertiga for 3 days and the experience was the best. The driveability, smoothness, and condition of the car was awesome. The owner very kind and polite. I will surely recommend this to all who need a car in Indore. This company offered me the cheapest ride by any other car rental company car in Indore. Must try.

Best in class cars enjoyed a trip a lot thanks to go car driven self drive cars for an amazing experience recommended to all. The owner is very supportive.. "Every time I use this platform, I'm impressed by the efficiency and ease of the entire process. The cars are clean and well-maintained, and the customer service is always top-notch. It's my go-to for self drive rentals." Thanx Atul ji for support

This was a nightmare experience from start to finish. The car I received was in horrible condition—old, dirty, and barely functional. The AC didn’t work, and the vehicle felt unsafe to drive. They overcharged me with several hidden fees that were never disclosed upfront. Worse still, they refused to return my security deposit, claiming false damages to the vehicle. Their customer service was unresponsive and unapologetic, making the situation even more frustrating. This company is highly untrustworthy and only focused on scamming their customers. Please avoid this service at all costs—it will save you a lot of stress and money.

Best self drive car service in Indore. We booked for our one day trip. Atul the owner is very nice person and the car was new and in best condition. After our trip, he dropped us to the pickup point. I would recommend it to everyone.

I had a fantastic experience with this car rental agency. Mr. Atul exhibited excellent behavior throughout, and the service was always timely. What truly stood out to me was the transparency - no hidden costs at all. Their pricing is competitive, making them my go-to choice for car rentals. They also gave pick up and drop service. Highly recommend!!!
