Though they offered us a good vehicle but the man sitting on the desk doesn't know how to talk he was so short tempered and rude. He doesn't know how to talk to their customer. In the heated argument he became furious and started saying "apna rasta naapo, jao yahan se, mujhse behes toh krna mat, kar kya logy tum" just when we asked him to talk to us nicely as we did something wrong or ran away with his activa. We paid the complete amount in advance and while returning the security money he deducted 100rs because we were on 15mins late as everyone knows there are too many signals in Indore and being new to this city we were completely dependent on google maps he even said that I'll blacklist you and never give you the vehicle as if we are dying to rent from him anytime in future now. It was a pathetic experience that coming to Indore from a different city and getting such a treatment. If the owner sees this review do take look into it as it will only effect their customer base. "NEVER EVER HIRING THEM ANY VEHICLE IN FUTURE". Thanks for making our trip to Indore memorable with all the "kind words" that you used. Hahahaha reply to the comment they made on this review. The very proficient guy said "chabi de aur gaadi leke dukaan ke samne khadi kar" this is how you talk to your customer. Then check krne leke to khud hi gaye the aap 0.5km chalakar aaye the bole me khud check krunga humne bola krlo refund bhi krdo. Humne 3.30 pr activa li thi and 3.45 pr return ki jo ki 1hr nahin hota h even I have the proof for that toh utna hi jhuth bolo jitna proof krpao.

Amazing experience , friendly and very cooperative owner.. Good bike collections at a very reasonable price. Well maintained bikes which gives mileage upto 60km/L
