No comments for Ola scooters....but the sales staff here is very undertrained. They don't even tell things completely unless asked to do so. If u wish to purchase visit any other ola showroom

Service problems 😡😡😡 मेरे पास OLA Scooter 🛵 है और OLA Care Plus की मेंबर शिप भी ले रखी है उसके बाद मै पिछले 4 दिन से परेशान हो रहा हूं और मैं डेली दिन कस्टमर केयर पर फोन कर रहा हूं बार बार कस्टमर केयर यहीं बोल रहे हैं 24 से 48 घंटे मे हम विजिट करेंगे पर अभी तक कोई विजिट करने नही आया है परेशान होकर मुझे OLA Scooter 🛵 को 5 km दूर service center छोड़ना पड़ा 😡😡😡

The worst company i have ever seen in my life as they only want to sell there scooter and after sales they dont even entertain a customer for any thing .. my scooter is totaly breakdown from 8 july onwards i have raised my complain more than 10 times to there customer service but til today i have not recieved a single cal or pickup of my vehicle for the given issue ... Even i have mailed to there ola care also but no respond from there side ... Highly recomend all the people who are wiling to purchase ola scooter dont go for this brand there service is worst in the world ...

Ola ka sarvesh accha nahi he na hi unka staff ka vivahar accha he fone tak nahi uthate he 8 din me gadi dene ka bola tha or 15 din kr diye ...Bhai ham fas gaye he aap mat fashana pliss 🙏istaff not good bihewiyar ..... …

मुझे 15 दिन से ज्यादा हो गये पूरा पेमेंट दिये हुए अभी तक गाड़ी नही दी, गाड़ी लेने से पहले बोल रहे थे की हम आपको 2-3 दिन में गाड़ी दे देंगे, और आज भी 15 दिन होने के बाद बोल रहे हे 15 दिन और लगेंगे मतलब 1 महीने बाद मिलेगी गाड़ी। इसके जीतनी खराब सर्वीस किसी की भी नही है।

Very bad Manager was not good He was drink in showroom and shout on customers ....... . My experience with ola service centre was also very bad. Unha meko mana kardiya aur bolo apka gadi ki service nahi ho payega ap kahi bahar se karva lijiye. STAFF WAS ALSO VERY BAD Very bad ola 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Manorama Ganj showroom Staff is so ill-mannered and doing shitty behaviour... Today we are very disappointed with Ola due to Manorama Ganj showroom Staff behaviour. They are literally trying to fight with us.. You need to change the Staff else they will ruin your image.
