Just what the heck is wrong 💢 with their service centre I came here continuosly for like 3-4 days they just make excuses every time I went and the staff their was not good and cooperative at all and I went their today too and the staff was not there they made me sit for like 1 hour and the staff member not picking up the call I was hella 🤬 anger 😤 and they just can't do anything.........so badd ola services

I have booked this ola bike in the name of Lakshmi from your showroom which is your ola showroom in south tukoganj of indore a girl named aachal works there she said you can get delivery by 19/10/2023 Can do, now he said it will take about a month. , So I would like to advise you to get a good bike from somewhere else instead of wasting your time here, the staff here will lie to you and get you to book a bike and then later you will roam around here and there. My purchase on Nov-23 and frequently I have to visit for repair, 3rd class service centre and staff not responding proper. Every time they will tell we are busy 50% completing remaining next time.

Went to enquire & take a price quotation about the OLA S1 Pro. The Staff were like if they are doing me a favour by telling me about the vehicle. If the buying experience of OLA is that pathetic, I can't even think about the patheticness of after sales service. Don't give business from your hard earned money to the people who can't even assist you properly.
