Worst experience and no knowledgeable staff available. Each staff gives different price for the same product and when we confront them then they just say we’re sorry for the misunderstanding and increases the value of the quotation. I am already using a Skoda product from the same dealer and wanted to buy the basalt x but now I won’t even consider it just because of the staff. Never expected this from Satguru Group.
