Go buy a Citroen car from another showroom. There is no accountability here and unless you continue to follow up, they won't do anything. They will make you regret buying a car from them.

I recently visited your Satguru Citroën service center near Lasudia, Indore, for my car's second free service. While I promptly paid for all the services and expenses as advised, I am highly dissatisfied with the quality of service provided. Unresolved Noise Issue: Despite highlighting the noise problem in my car, it was not addressed during the service. Your team mentioned that it would be resolved after Diwali due to the rush, but the issue persists, causing inconvenience. Suspension Performance: Before the service, my car's suspension was in excellent condition. However, post-service, I have been experiencing increased jolts ("Jurak"), which was not the case earlier. Subpar Cleaning: Although the car was washed, it was not dried properly. The next day, I noticed watermarks on the windows and body, which detract from the car's appearance.
