good delivery experience

One of the most pathetic services I have received from vw. I was offered this service pack for 13k for my Polo GT. Immediately after servicing, my GT began experiencing problems in my brake . On showing it to the experts again I was blamed for driving my automatic veh with the brakes on which is absurd . The Engrs did a good job but the management was poor . Did not expect this from VW

It's pleasant and comfortable experience visiting this showroom.. Staff members are very helpful in nature. Explain a single tiny info about car.. No match of Volkswagen in terms of hospitality in this region.

Ridiculous behavior at the service center and their is no service after sales service manager and group manager are very rude in behavior they have no proper responses for the customer service very bad staff and my overall satisfaction is very low I will not go after that abusive language by service manager and group manager 😠 …

Really well behaved staff and their service is really good specially the inspection team is well verse.

After Sale Service is Pathetic Specially at the workshop which is near Lasudia Thana on AB Road.. They behave like strangers with their customers and half staff does not know where to go if you have any issue. Service Manager is arrogant.. They don't follow up with you after service.. My car went for the service and since then my rear window curtains are missing.. and no one get back to me after that.. Big trust issue when you drop your car for service.. I would not recommend any one to buy VW from Success Automobile VW Indore AB Road.

My VW car’s number plate had arrived quite a while ago. Since my residence is near the airport and the showroom is at Dewas Naka — which is a long distance — I called the number mentioned on the receipt. The person named Mr. Chandraprakash didn’t answer my call at first. Later, the line was busy, and he didn’t call back either. When I finally got in touch, I asked him politely if I could come to get my number plate fixed and also asked about the showroom’s closing time. Instead of giving a proper response, he replied rudely, saying, “You can come; what’s the point of calling me?” I even told him that if I come all the way and the number plate isn’t fixed, it would be a waste of time, but he kept giving vague explanations and spoke rudely. When I reached the showroom, the person responsible for fixing number plates wasn’t even there. Later, I was told that someone would be sent to fix it, but even after waiting for a long time, no one came. I finally had to get the number plate fixed outside. I’m really disappointed with the VW team and despite that, the behavior and management were very poor. My time was completely wasted. Kindly improve your management and ensure that your staff responds politely and responsibly to customers.

My experience with this dealer was disappointing. There was a mismatch in the final billing for my car purchase, which should never happen in such an important transaction. Even more frustrating was the complete lack of after-sales support when I raised the issue. Communication was poor, and my concerns were not addressed satisfactorily. Based on my experience, I would recommend avoiding this dealer if possible and considering other dealerships that value transparency and customer service.
