Arvind (service manager) and Tanisha (who calls for service offers) they both are behaving like frauds. I had my TB 350 serviced (with pick and drop service). When they dropped bike at my home, I tried taking trial next day then I found that meter is not working. I have been following up with them since so many months, but they are not addressing my issue. Tanisha sent me photo of service card of some other vehicle to show that odometer was stopped already. Tanisha called me 2 times after that service for service camp, but when I inquired about previous issue, she disconnected phone.
Good service and on time delivery and also thanks to Mr. Arvind who attended me and is very polite .. I surely recommend for the service on Shukla Re service center...
