I had the best delivery experience at RR Automotive, staff is really helpful here.

One of the worst Royal Enfield service experiences I have ever had. I would strongly advise people not to waste their time or risk their bike here. Every time I gave my bike for servicing, it worked properly for only 2–3 days. After that, the same problems came back again—horn not working, lights not working, and other issues that were supposedly fixed during service. It feels like they only do temporary repairs instead of solving the actual problem. The workshop management is extremely poor. There is no proper queue system, no organized service process, and no one attends to customers professionally. You have to keep running behind the staff saying "Bhaiya, Bhaiya" just to get someone to acknowledge you. Bikes are picked randomly for servicing instead of following any queue or job card order, making the entire process chaotic and frustrating. The staff also appeared inexperienced, and there was no transparency about the work being done. As a customer, you end up wasting hours waiting with no clear communication or accountability. Royal Enfield should seriously audit this service center because it is damaging the brand's reputation. Until there are major improvements in management, skilled technicians, and customer service, I would not recommend anyone to get their bike serviced here.
