Very good communication from the sales officer and delivery person..

Very poor service, unprofessional staff and manager, They took the order and money for 7 days waiting period and after 20 days waiting they are unable to delivered the product

Ac service li thi croma se 5 year ki ab tecnician ka call aaya ki mera payment nahi hua to me nahi aa raha hu bahut hi ghatuya experience raha

Please, I would like to urge you all who are looking for the safe shopping don't go for it, worst expirience they have sold a washing machine to us and we have started facing issues from the very first day it's been 15 days almost no one has showed up with any resolution please don't trust on the words of sales person they aren't delivering the services that they will promise you while you would he about to make a deal. Be aware of this store.

I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered next day, but it has now been over a week, and I still haven’t received it. This delay is unacceptable, especially since there was no proper communication or update about the status of my order. I expected better reliability and customer service. I hope this issue is resolved soon, but this experience has left me disappointed. I tried calling the number provided on their website, but there was no response. When I did get through once, they promised the delivery would be made that day, but it never happened, and now they are not answering my calls at all. Pathetic…

Good service and good staff by arvind

Croma is one of the worst stores. We booked a chimney at Croma Aerodrum Road, Indore, promised delivery in 2 days, but after waiting we were told the model isn’t available. Now they’ll take 7 more days to refund. We even asked for the display piece at discount but they refused, leaving no option but to compromise. Very unprofessional! Tata group must look into this corruption at store level.
