The Croma store is really good,My experience is so awesome here and some of the gadgets are really great to see...

HORRIBLE After-Sales Service from Croma and Godrej! I bought a Godrej AC from Croma, and while the delivery was on time, the problems started right after. Installation took 2 full days — totally unprofessional and disorganized. Then within a short time, the gas leaked. Not once, but FOUR TIMES! Every time I complained, a technician would come, fill the gas, and leave. But the issue keeps happening again and again. Now the AC is just sitting useless. I finally raised a complaint asking them to take the AC back, and even that is being delayed! No proper response, no urgency, no accountability from either Croma or Godrej. I’ve had enough. This is harassment. I paid full price for a faulty product and have only received mental stress and pathetic service in return. Croma just sells and forgets. Godrej doesn’t care. Worst decision ever — I will never recommend either of them to anyone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on Croma or Godrej. I strongly suggest everyone — DO NOT buy products from Croma or Godrej.

Store ki service bahut bekar hai croma se washing machine karida tha waha bol rahe thy ki 48 hours me technician installation or demo ke liye ayga but 58 hours ho gaye hai koi call nhi aya or complain karne par bol rahe hai ki ho jayga kal tak a jaynge or yaha waha ke number de ke bol rahe hai ki unse baat kro worst experience ever.
