good store and good service by smartphone by arvind

Best experience and best behaviour of Arun Parmar sir about consumer choice and needs

As I have visited store purchased 2 iPhone 17 from them i also ask them about exchange bonus. They said it is applicable. But after purchasing phone they denied that cashify does not take broken phone. We asked them you have written for cashify exchange bonus so apply it. He denied and said that cashify doesn't take broken phone from our store. After all this i also contacted with store manager and guided him with full matter. But they denied and after that I took my old phone and paid them for my old phone. While delivering the new phone he doesn't told us about that he is giving it outside vendor where we can not get exchange bonus. Worst experience in such big stores where they have written exchange bonus applicable on cashify. And after that denying cashify by giving unnecessary excuses.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience with Croma has been extremely disappointing. The customer service at the store was unhelpful and indifferent. Staff members seemed uninterested in assisting or answering basic queries, and I had to wait far too long to get any kind of help — despite the store not being overly crowded. Even after purchasing, the post-sale service was worse. I faced delays in delivery and installation, and there was a complete lack of communication. Calls went unanswered, and follow-ups were ignored. As a long-time customer, I expected better from a brand like Croma. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider shopping here again. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and work on training their staff and improving service quality

Good service in croma and excellent work

Very disappointed with the services of this store. Calls were unanswered or ignored. I have purchased the fridge 6 days ago and it delivered in 5 days and they said it will be installed within 48 hours but still waiting to person for installation. I suggest go to Louts as their services are very good.
