Croma - Aerodrum Road

Had a wonderful experience at Croma. Mr. Hemant helped us in choosing the best TV for our home and explained all the offers and discounts for a better deal. Thank you Croma.

Extremely disappointed with the service from both Croma and Elica. I purchased a kitchen chimney from Croma — the delivery was delayed, and even after that, the installation has been a complete hassle. Elica’s customer service promised that a technician would call within 48 hours, but no one ever contacted me. Even after multiple follow-ups, they refused to confirm any date or time for installation. It’s also Croma’s responsibility to ensure that the companies whose products they sell provide timely service. If a brand fails to deliver after full payment, Croma should not mislead customers by promoting such products. Selling items without ensuring proper after-sales support makes customers feel cheated and frustrated. Very poor coordination and lack of accountability from both Croma and Elica. I sincerely hope both companies take this feedback seriously and improve their after-sales service and customer support.

If buy electronic devices like laptop, smartphone, TV etc. you can buy if your budget is good while I recommend you to go no local Shop bcz Shop is far better than Croma.

Bought 2 Racold 15 liters electric Geyser. Very poor quality prooduct. It does not heat water properly and also takes too much time. my 8 year old unbranded geyser has better performance. On the top of it their customer care is very poor. Waiting for repair/replacement for last one month but there is no response.

Good service and support
