Croma - Aerodrum Road

Every thing was good but i think their can be an offer for the Coustemer who are reviewing your store. Please think about. And share your valuable thoughts to me on insta id - @_rudranshh._ Thank you Love you Ratan Tata sir ❤❤

घटिया लोगो को सेल्स पर्सन बना रखा है और घटिया प्रोडक्ट्स पैकेज करके क्रोमा के नाम से बेच रहे हे . कोई सपोर्ट नहीं है. Product delivery ke time damaged hua accept bhi kiya aur return leke bolte he ki extra pese lagenge replacement ke. Fraudulent. #cheaters, #fraud, #damaged

No service after sales.washing machine is not installed even after 7 days of purchase.

Good suggetion very helpfull staff mr sajid ali

This is the most horrible outlet for the brand CROMA. Last time i had purchased washing machine from this outlet and they made me go crazy to get the product delivered. This time i had to buy cooler on urgent basis. So requested if the delivery would be done as per the slot promised but they have been shameless and highly unprofessional to the standard of CROMA. Two incidents back to back.. Just horrible. I had called more then 10 times to the store but one number seems off And the other number is with some stupid person who does not understand the urgency and does not bother to pick up the call or return a call. Pathetic outlet…. Just want to sell the product but no knowledge of customer service

Good service

Very poor behaviour not a good experience store manager Mr. Malviya flipped out of his own words. Disgusting, not a good experience from a Tata product. Rather got a better experience from Old Palasiya store.

After sale service is worst. They dont respond to your problem. Recently i have purchased AC and now its been 5- 6 days and no one came for the installation.. they have worst customer service.. before the purchase the are very sweet to you and then the dont answer the call ..
