Croma - Aerodrum Road

Brought an AC from them around an year back and they gave an old damaged piece. Recently, when the cooling stopped, I called a person to check, he informed me that its parts are all rusted from inside and they gave you an old expired piece. Not expected this from such a reputed company shop. Very highly disappointed. Never purchase anything from them.

I purchased a Bluestar Split AC from Chroma. Mr Yogesh Batra attended us in the showroom. It was a wonderful experience. He guided us really well about the different AC brands and helped us to choose the best. We got the delivery next day and got installed another next as promised by him. Great service! Would refer my friends and family to choose Croma for electronics shopping.

Their after sales service are pathetic i purchase a cooler and delived defective unit going to their store everyday to complain but no response its been more than 6 days . It's just about this outlet. Other outlets might be good. The staff is like "Aap kaun" after you purchase items from them. Very bad after sales service . Do not recommend to anyone . Also written several mails to company but no response . Just pathetic . Do not purchase zero after sales service 👎

I feel that sales people really care about the customers even after selling the product. I bought few things and my sales person was in touch base with me about the service and new offers running. Big Shout out to Mr. Fazal Khan who work in Indore.

Very good service,by Neeraj Tiwari store staff

Very good customer service , they give enough time to make customer understand technicality, Mr Pawan Suman gave us hassle free store experience.

Great experience

One of the worst shopping experience in recent times. Please do not go to Croma. The professionalism has been lost with The Great Ratan Tata. Pathetic service.
