Staff doesn't know how to talk to customer.. Very unprofessional staff. Not expecting this from Croma.

Awesome service and product

A five star service from Satish Dangi the representative but really disappointed with the manager (Akhilesh Pawmar) on the floor. What a nonsense behaviour and zero support extended by the manager. Really disappointed with the way he first committed to certain offer and then revoked. Please take necessary action against him…he is really toxic to the company experience. Thank you!

Very poor service very unfriendly staff.no help and support after purchase.i have paid for dryer after finishing billing staff told item is out of stock,they told they will provide dryer from another Croma store but next day I wait for 4 hours on another store but nobody gives response. I also complaint to Croma helpline but neither get money back nor dryer.

had a truly frustrating and unprofessional experience at the Croma Airport Road branch. Their sales executive assured me that the iPhone 17 Pro in Silver, 256GB was available. Before traveling, I repeatedly asked them to connect me to the sales executive so I could confirm the stock and avoid any inconvenience. Shockingly, they refused every single time and said ‘You will have to come in person, we can’t let you talk to the executive.’ I traveled all the way from Vijay Nagar to Airport Road — a 45–50 minute drive — only to be told that the model is NOT available. This is extremely disrespectful and shows zero value for the customer’s time, effort, or trust. If you cannot confirm stock and also refuse to let customers speak to the concerned person, then why misguide people and make them travel this far? This kind of behavior is irresponsible, childish, and completely unacceptable from a brand like Croma. Highly disappointed with the staff and the way they handled the situation.

The ordered product is seen as delivered to store and when I went to store the executive said the system generated message is of no use. The product has not reached the store. But after talking to Asst store Manager it was home delivered same day. It was a good gesture from him.

Still Not getting my free bag after 20 days......and they say you can receive your bag in a week.......very low service
