Croma - Bicholi Mardana

Terrible experience. Went in to buy a refrigerator and was hoping to purchase on the spot. Their staff didn't care, didn't pay attention and didn't even answer queries. They didint have the proper knowladage of the product and there brand pramitor force to purchase only there product and the cnot full fill my need .Would not recommend going in. Lotus, a few feet away is zillion times better in treating it's customers.

I would have given a negative 5 star for the worst experience I have had after purchasing an ac from their store. No installation done since 5 days and I have to call them every day just to know when are they getting it installed just to add I am residing at walkable distance from the store. Visit any other store but croma for any electronic purchase. Really pathetic experience. Side note it was a croma AC.

Good service .

We went croma bicholi showroom for our any electronic needs. It was very disappointing today when we visted showroom to get some old bills, we had been told to wait for 10-15 min as mam (billing person) was busy in somewhere, it was multifold when we had conveyed that we need to rush immediately because we have doctors appointment and got the same answer after the boy confirming from the billing staff (mam), she was not bothered about it. Still we had waited for 5 min than we moved out

Very very bas service given by chroma sch. 140 pipliya Hana service point. Firstly there is no proper service exicutive because we ar wetin for two hours but no one can be offered for water and tea there is no proper response from service buddy. We are purchased two R10 in 80k rs. But he will give only 1 phone at the time and say sir 1 phone will be delivered within one hours at your location but I will continusly calling to mr Shubham but he will not responding a call and not given proper response. We will continue wating for 3 hours but there is no response by team. I really first treat and mentally Hurst.

Staff was really great and helpful but the manager kept trying to force me to buy add ons and when I refused she went out of the way to try to make it more difficult for me to make the purchase. Maybe they need to ask the manager to be more customer friendly.

Once I have visited to this store for buying a phone, I am really sorry but I have to say that I really got disappointed with your service, I was asked to wait for two and half hours for a handset I have selected just because it was not available in the store, and after that I asked for 25W adaptor then I got a reply that we don't have that right now, please keep some stock for the demanding items, thank you.
