Giving one star because could not give anything lesser. I went to the store to buy a couple of LED TVs. There were 6 executives at the cash counter (and no customer), but there was nobody to help us with the selection. After 15 mins of waiting, we complained to the store in-charge (who was on the first floor). Even he could not turn up for the next 15 mins. May be it was a bad day to visit the store, or in general the level of professionalism is bad, but they have lost me as a customer for sure...!!!

Good experience, supportive staff, just a wi-fi access to the devices should've been there. Music was interfering too much, although not that big of an issue

Worst service , 1 year ago I purchased a blue star cooler from this shop and they forcefully made me to give 5 star review on Google, but now during the time of service they are ignoring me and saying that I have not purchased cooler, wow you are a TATA brand please don't make such false statement , very rude behaviour and not good communication with the customer .

Worst experience. Sales person is not able cater our needs properly. Took around 30 minutes for billing. Blamed the software for the delays and finally we had to leave without buying anything. Poor service poor billing style.

Recently I bought a water Geyser from here, geyser is fantastic. And Very kind employe staff they have. Specially they don't manipulate you for buying products.

Very Professional and Polite behaviour by customer executive Mr Dev Jirati . I have purchased Sony X75K Bravia Television set from here . Totally love this experience.
